A single door upright freezer is often useful where the kitchen needs vertical frozen storage without giving up the floor area required by a larger double door model. Measure the freezer position, access route and door opening area before ordering so the unit can be used comfortably in the available space.
A solid stainless steel door suits back of house environments where staff do not need to display or see frozen products through the door. The stainless steel finish is practical for a working commercial kitchen and gives the unit a professional surface around busy preparation and storage areas.
Choose the solid door model when frozen stock is stored mainly for kitchen use and visibility through the door is not important. A glass door freezer is more useful when staff need to identify products before opening the unit or when the contents form part of a customer facing display.
