Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs)

Electronic Funds Transfer is our recommended and most efficient payment method.

Immediate Inter-Bank Transfers: Transfers between the same bank are reflected immediately in our account.

Transfers from Other Banks: These may take up to 48 hours or longer to clear, unless it was an “Instant Payment’’.

Cash Deposits

Kindly note that CaterWeb does not accept cash payments at our premises. We accept cash deposits directly into CaterWeb’s bank account, which are processed instantaneously. However, please be aware that merchandise will not be released or delivered until the funds are reflecting in our bank account.

- All orders will only be processed for collection or delivery once the full purchase amount is reflected in CaterWeb's bank account.
- After making a payment via EFT or direct cash deposit, please email the confirmation of payment to sales@caterweb.co.za at your earliest convenience.

Confirmation Email Guidelines

Please note that the confirmation of payment e-mail must be identified by supplying the Purchaser Name for our record keeping and to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
