The PolarCab 2 × 10L Slush Machine is a commercial frozen beverage machine with two 10 litre tanks, providing a total capacity of 20 litres. The two tank configuration allows businesses to offer two frozen drink flavours while providing more volume per flavour than smaller bowl machines.
The machine features a 304 stainless steel body panel and durable high density polycarbonate tanks with brandable lids. A dual beater mixing system uses inner and outer cooling cylinders to help avoid ice jams.
An imported European brand compressor and all red copper condenser form part of the refrigeration system. The machine also includes a night mode setting to help save energy and LED lighting on each tank lid.
The unit operates at 0.6kW on a 220V single phase supply and uses R404a refrigerant. It measures 430mm × 510mm × 770mm high and weighs 41kg. The product comes with a 2 year warranty.

Yes. Two 10 litre bowls provide 20 litres of combined bowl capacity while still allowing two different drinks to be offered. It can suit businesses where two flavours sell strongly but a three flavour machine would add unnecessary capacity.
Choose the larger bowls when the same two flavours sell in enough volume that 3 litre batches would need frequent replenishment. The 2 × 3 litre machine is more appropriate where variety matters but overall slush demand is lower.
Move to three bowls when a third flavour has enough proven demand to justify its own 10 litre bowl and the venue has sufficient counter space. If most customers still choose the same two flavours, the 2 × 10 litre configuration may be more efficient.
