Fry All Day Even During Load Shedding

It also comes with a stainless steel basket which can be used to fry fish, French fries, and other fried foods. With this catering equipment you can fry approximately 4 kilograms of French fries per hour. This makes it suitable for take away restaurants that serve French fries with their meals.

For temperature control, this commercial kitchen equipment has a thermostatically controlled valve with integrated pilot burner. You have the option to adjust the temperature between 66 degrees and 200 degrees Celsius.
