With this unit you can regulate the thickness of the slices by using the settings function; which will enable you to slice cold meats between 1 and 30 millimeters in thickness. The Rheninghaus Beta Slicer has a 350 millimeter blade diameter. It has a double platform which is designed for high production output and is perfect for slicing raw meat for steaks. The Rheninghaus Start (Auto Deluxe) Slicer contains a built-in blade sharpener and can produce up to 60 slices per minute. It has additional features such as safe blade removal which facilitates easy cleaning, and stainless steel bearings for longevity of the gear driven motor. This catering equipment is ideal for cold cuts which are sold in medium sized establishments.
